What Is a Mystery Shopper?
A mystery shopper is a person hired by a retailer or marketing research company to shop at one or several locations and report back on the overall customer experience.
Granite Springs Golf Club had a mystery shopper in June as part of season long work to increase the experience for everyone that comes to our facility.

There will be another mystery shopper in August. Your experience at Granite Springs Golf Club is our focus as we strive to improve all aspects of your time here.
Check-in:
Please remember to check in with the golf shop upon arrival. This will allow the golf team to advise as to the pace of play or any changes to the course.
July 25 Maintenance Day:
A product call 'Revolution' was applied to the greens. This is a wetting agent that allows the greens to retain moisture. This is extremely important during these warm, dry weather conditions. Thanks to the Maintenance Team on all their hard work!
