Golf Operations

Limit to 4 customer at a time in the pro shop area

Request credit cards for all payments

Tape floor area 6’ from point of sale
o Customer to stand behind 6’ line when starting transaction
o Employee to ring up the transaction then step back behind 6’ line themselves
o Customer approaches and processes transaction
o No signature required on credit card slips
o Customer steps back before employee approaches to finalize transaction
o Receipts only upon customer request to reduce touch points

Golf cart agreement to be recited verbally to reduce touch point of signature. Employee to log and initial the customer acknowledged agreement.

Carts seats, steering wheels, roof supports, bag straps, storage areas, ball washers and sand/seed bottles along with all other high touch areas to be wiped down with sanitizers between uses

Pull/Push carts to be sanitized between uses

Rental clubs and rental bags to be fully sanitized between uses

Keep scorecards and pencils behind the front desk to reduce touch points

No course marshals or starters
Driving Range
-
Driving Range capacity to be reduced by 50% to increase distancing (minimum 12’ between hitting stalls)

Baskets sanitized between uses

Range balls to be washed in soap and water between uses

Limit to 1 customer at a time in F&B service area

Employees working point of sale to wear gloves at all times

Remove pins and flagsticks from putting and chipping greens

A sign will be placed at the counter and the Pro Shop attendant will explain how the Golf Course has been modified.
Other Operations

Signage posted requesting all bathroom use be limited to one user at a time
-
Provide hand sanitizer (if available) at all point of sale locations
-
Prop all doors open to reduce touch points
-
Contact vendors to switch out towel dispensers to “touchless” – often this can be done at no cost to the facility
Employees
-
Any employee that is not comfortable working should be allowed to remain off work, no questions asked
-
Any employee who is not feeling well should be told to stay home
-
All employees will keep track of their work hours on a separate sheet of paper and turned into your Department Head at the end of the week – no more use of time clocks or machines
-
All employees to receive daily reminder training on standards including:
o Wash hands with soap and water 4 to 6 times per day
o Avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth or face
Communication

Post provided signs around the facility notifying of measures put into place and operating standards

Post provided sign at first tee notifying of rules including leaving flags in place and playing bunkers as ground under repair
