We require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 plus HST which will be used towards the rental cost. The non-refundable deposit must be paid in full in order to officially book the venue. A valid credit card number must be provided at time of booking and will be kept on file.

Food & Beverage Minimum

Your food and beverage invoice must exceed $5,000 before applicable services charges and taxes. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 15% gratuity and 15% HST.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received prior to three months before the event date.
